Generally, we receive information because:
You have provided it to us;
We collect it from you; and/or
Third parties we engage (such as data analytics providers) collect it from you on our behalf. This happens in cases where we use or deploy third party tracking technology, or where we otherwise give these third parties access to the Site, Software, and other technology. So where we describe below the ways in which we collect information from you, you acknowledge that such collection may also be carried out by third parties. These third parties may have their own privacy policies that they also adhere to.
What types of information do we collect from the people that visit our Site?
We collect both Personal Information and non-personal information, such as Anonymous Information, about our Users. “Personal Information” is information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your full name, email address, birthday and payment method, as well as information that is linked to such Personal Information. “Anonymous Information” is information that is not linked to your Personal Information, cannot be used to contact or identify you and is not linked to information that can be used to do so, such as Personal Information. Anonymous Information includes passively collected information about your activities on the Site or on the Services or using our Software, such as usage data, to the extent that information is not linked to your Personal Information.
What information do you provide to us?
In order to use the Software, you may be required to create an account (“Account”) which will require you to provide Personal Information, including your full name, phone number, email address, birthday and IP address from you when you register on the Site, purchase the Software, sign up for any communications regarding the Site, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website or use certain other site features.
If you make a purchase via the Services, you will be required to provide certain billing data to process and fulfill the purchase.
The Services may offer features enabling you to invite others to use the Services, for example by sending an invitation email from the Site to the recipient’s external email address. If you send or post an invitation, you will be providing us with Personal Information about the recipient such as his/her email address. We will not use that Personal Information except in direct relation to the signing up and usage of the Services.
We also collect basic analytics data through Cookies when you access or use the Site or Software. A “Cookie” is a small piece of data or text file stored on the local hard disk of your computer or mobile device. These include our own first-party Cookies and third-party Cookies. Some Cookies are only stored temporarily and destroyed each time you close your web browser. Others may remain on your browser and may collect and store data for a period of time after you stop using the Website.
The trace of your visit to our Site will be in our web server log files as well as in the log files of our hosting providers. These logs would only be used for security audits and web server performance optimization tasks. Our log files follow commonly accepted standard procedures of using log files. The information collected by log files include internet protocol address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamp, referring page, exit page, and number of clicks. These log entries are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, optimizing Site performance, tracking users’ movement on the Site, and gathering geographic information.
We do not sell our users’ browsing patterns and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. Similarly, we do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use, or disclosure of your browsing patterns.
If you wish to prevent Cookies from tracking your activity on our Site or visits across multiple websites, you can set your browser to block certain Cookies or notify you when a Cookie is set.

We may use information to send periodic emails on the products and features we think may be useful or relevant to you. You may opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or you may opt out by altering your Account settings. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still respond to communications initiated by you, as well as send administrative emails that are necessary to facilitate your use of the Site and/or Services (for example, emails regarding updates to our policies).
We may anonymize and aggregate data collected through the Services and use it for any purpose and share such data with other partners or third parties for our own internal use.
How can you control your information?
We know members of our community value having control over their own information. We give you the choice of providing, editing or removing certain information, as well as choice over how we contact you. You may access your Account settings and tools to access and control your personal data regardless of where you live. If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (“Designated Region”), you have several legal rights regarding your information as discussed below.
Editing and Deleting Data. In your Account settings, you can change or delete your Personal Information. Additionally, you may delete your Account if you wish. If you choose to delete your Account, most of your information will be deleted within 30 days, but it may take longer to delete all your data and other data stored in our backup systems due to size and complexity of our systems used to store data.
Objecting or Restricting Data Use. In your Account settings, you have options to control our use of your data. You may limit how your information is made publicly available; and limit the notifications or emails you receive from us. Please note that, as said above, should you opt-out of receiving notifications or emails from us, you will still receive administrative messages from us.
If you have any questions about how to exercise these choices, please e-mail us at
How do we protect User information?

If you have any questions about security on the Site or on our Services, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you no longer want us to use your information to provide you services, you may close your Account. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information. Should we share your Personal Information, we will only do so if we have prior consent. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, Anonymous Information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
